The property was modern with compassionate and polite staff on simple request, I enjoyed the stay. The setting was great, near tourist shops, restaurants, the square and the Plaza.

the Superior king room with 2 double beds accommodated us perfectly. the location was great, not too far from Madame Tussauds Orlando. We ordered dinner at their on-site restaurant, Tierrasur.

We loved this hotel's location! It was near the center of the city which made it very easy to explore the city center. Also, the staff was amazing - very helpful with maps and tours, and they even gave us a takeaway lunchbox for our early tour. The hotel facilities were great too, especially the lovely terrace. Plus, the cleanliness of the rooms and the nice breakfast spread were definitely noteworthy.
